Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to focus on buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying suitable properties, and facilitating transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties.

Conduct market research and identify potential commercial properties.

Negotiate deals and facilitate property transactions.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Stay informed about commercial real estate market trends and developments.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of commercial real estate market and trends.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Education:

High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in commercial real estate management software.

Strong customer service and sales skills.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial real estate.
