Our client is currently seeking to hire a commercial sales officer
Responsibilities

Planning and directing the company’s marketing efforts to ensure brand exposure in target markets

Evaluating the performance of salespeople and making hiring decisions based on their results

Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and other financial documents to support proposed projects
-
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services
-
Identifying potential clients by contacting companies directly or through trade associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers

Conducting training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in their jobs

Reviewing sales reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement

Designing and implementing incentive programs to encourage good performance and increase sales

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring outstanding service delivery

Oversee administrative tasks related to commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing etc
-
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite (Excel, Access and Outlook).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
-
Tender preparation.
-
Familiarity material sourcing and supply.
