Stimuli PR is seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategic communications and public relations plans for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, crisis management, digital PR, content development, event coordination, and more. We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and creative professional who is passionate about the field of public relations and communications.

โ€“ Develop and implement comprehensive communications and public relations strategies in alignment with clientsโ€™ goals and objectives.
โ€“ Actively participate in campaign brainstorming, idea development, and stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in PR and communications.
โ€“ Manage client agency relations, ensuring client expectations are met and maintaining the quality of work delivered.
โ€“ Identify opportunities for new business development to foster overall company and client growth.
โ€“ Develop and execute stakeholder management plans, identifying key relationships and engaging with stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and support on a regular basis.
โ€“ Create engaging content for industry publications, press releases, brochures, and various communication channels that align with client communication objectives.
โ€“ Innovate and explore new ways to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
โ€“ Develop and implement crisis management strategies for clients, including refining the crisis communication process and resources.
โ€“ Stay updated with new digital trends and leverage on digital media to enhance clientsโ€™ reputation.
โ€“ Conceptualize, manage, and coordinate clientsโ€™ events, conferences, business forums, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
โ€“ Leverage existing media relations and cultivate new contacts within the business and media industry.
โ€“ Use data-driven insights to optimize communication efforts and report to management.
๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:
โ€“ Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing or related field (Masterโ€™s Degree is a plus).
โ€“ A minimum of 2 years working experience in public relations required.
โ€“ Proven track record in developing and executing successful communications, public relations campaigns.
โ€“ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
โ€“ Strong project management skills with experience in event and activation management.
โ€“ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
โ€“ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โ€“ Familiarity with media relations and industry trends such as Digital PR or social media expertise.
โ€“ Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
โ€“ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
โ€“ Hold a valid manual driverโ€™s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
