Community Outreach Officer

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is looking for a Community Outreach Officer to build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders. The Community Outreach Officer will be responsible for organizing outreach activities, promoting community engagement, and supporting local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and residents.
• Organize and facilitate community events and meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate outreach activities and their impact.
• Prepare reports on community engagement and program outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills.
• Ability to organize and manage outreach activities effectively.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in outreach and engagement tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach or a related role.
