Compensation and Benefits Manager
Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee and manage employee compensation and benefits programs. The Compensation and Benefits Manager will ensure that the organization’s compensation structure is competitive and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies and programs.

Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.

Provide advice and support to management on compensation and benefits issues.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and legal requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage complex compensation and benefits programs.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in compensation and benefits software and tools.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management or a similar role.
