Copperbelt Synergy is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer to ensure that the company operates within the legal and ethical standards. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Investigate compliance issues and report findings to management.
• Train employees on compliance-related matters and best practices.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of compliance activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and ethical decision-making abilities.
