CONCRETE FOREMAN (UNDERGROUND)

STEFANUTTI STOCKS CONSTRUCTION ZAMBIA LIMITED, A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CONTRACTOR IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE TO FILL IN THE POSITION OF AN UNDERGROUND CONCRETE FOREMAN

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ensures compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.
• Co-ordinate regular on-site meetings and maintains good lines of communication with all relevant parties
• Optimises on-site resources at an operational level.
• Develop and mentor construction staff
• Monitors and controls production costs and optimises site productivity.
• Must be able to solve problems and fix routine errors

QUALIFICATIONS

Construction Supervisory learnership or Artisan qualifications 10 years plus hand on experience in construction on the mine.

• Valid underground ticket
• Must be a Copperbelt resident
