Our client in Zambia, Lusaka is looking for a Conference & Events Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality industry.

Overseeing the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and other events

Managing the financial aspects of an event such as securing sponsorships, negotiating prices with vendors, and planning budgets

Coordinating travel arrangements for speakers, attendees, and event staff, including arranging for flights, booking hotels, renting vehicles, etc.

Finding and booking venues

Liaising with clients and suppliers

Handling logistics
Requirements:

Qualification in Hospitality or similiar

Minimum of 5 years experience
-
Preferably has worked in a 5 star hotel
