Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.

Must be registered with the Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA) and Engineers’ Institute of Zambia (EIZ) as a member.

Must have 5- 8 years of experience in the construction sector.

Must have experience in supervising and coordinating construction projects.

Must be proficient in construction management processes, techniques, and resources.

Must be proficient in project management.

Must have knowledge of software systems utilized in construction management.

Must have experience in human resources management.
