Copperbelt Synergy is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
:

Plan and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Supervise construction teams and subcontractors.

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare progress reports and present them to management.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Manager.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of construction processes and legal regulations.
