Position : Construction Supervisors
Location : Lusaka,Zambia

We are seeking qualified and experienced Construction Supervisors to join our team at our Lusaka Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that construction works comply with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities adhere to project plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient progress.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety standards, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to draw building plans.
• Assist in workforce planning and provide on-site training where necessary.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with construction management software is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
