About BookNow Zambia
BookNow Zambia, a Dot Com Zambia company, is preparing to go public on the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) Alternative Market. This IPO will mark a milestone as the first wholly owned Zambian technology company to list on the exchange.

As part of this process, we are launching an intensive communications and marketing campaign to engage investors, customers, and the wider public. To support this, we are seeking a Content Creator to deliver high-quality graphic and video content during this crucial period.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on creative role for an experienced professional who can produce professional-level graphic design and video output. You will be retained on a full-time basis for approximately four months to support our IPO campaign, working closely with our Investor Relations and Communications team. While there will be flexibility (as editing and design often require irregular hours), you will be expected to dedicate significant time to our projects, including office collaboration, covering live events, and producing campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce graphics, visuals, and brand assets for campaigns, presentations, and events
• Manage video production and editing for corporate, investor, and social media content
• Support website, social media, and digital campaigns with engaging creative assets
• Cover live events, producing video and photo content for immediate and future use
• Collaborate with the Investor Relations & Communications Manager, Digital Strategist, and wider team to ensure consistency of messaging
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, visual storytelling, and outreach materials

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, or similar)
• Ability to produce content across multiple formats: print, digital, social media, video
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
• Own equipment (laptop with professional-grade design and editing software) is required
