Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Control Room Operator located in Lusaka. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring alarm and cctv signals, and subsequently coordinating armed response teams to site. We are looking for agile thinkers with the ability to communicate and make decisions under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident in the use of computers and CRM systems
Experience in the security industry is a plus
