The key purpose of this role is to proactively manage security and associated disciplines (Crises Management, Events Management SME, Investigation Services, Security Management), in alignment with the overall business strategy.
The candidate must implement new technologies, developing innovations, and acting as the custodian of security management
The candidate must support the implementation and alignment to local legislation for the associated links to the security.

Key Result Areas:

Monitor Security Systems: Continuously monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to security breaches or unusual activities.
Monitoring Patrols: Ensuring that  supervisors submit the daily patrol documents  to control room. Monitor onsite Patrols.
Coverage: Conduct a daily  coverage of all officers on site, drivers and area supervisors and share the information with the clerks
Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts, assess situations, and take appropriate actions, such as contacting law enforcement or dispatching on-site security personnel.
Emergency Coordination: Coordinate emergency responses, including fire, medical, and security incidents, by communicating with first responders, employees, and management as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of security events, incidents, and actions taken during shifts, ensuring

• Daily FTT’s • Daily CNE status
• NCC Controller Response Times
• Vehicle Response Daily Statistics
• Daily General Incidents (Centralised OB and Alarms)
• MRT Fleet Movement Reports
• Daily update on any MRT illegal (unauthorised) movements
• Labour numbers
• Coverage times
• Patrol and supervisor exceptions
• Compliance with established protocols.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with security personnel
