Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs and workshops.
• Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Prepare training materials and resources.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in training software and MS Office.
