Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Country Head to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining industry
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share, drive revenue, and ensure sustainable profitability.

Expand the dealer network by identifying and executing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitors.

Achieve and exceed targets for vehicle sales (2W/3W), service revenue, and customer acquisition.

Design and manage marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies to foster repeat business.

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and operational standards across all dealerships.

Build strong relationships with dealers; provide coaching, training, and operational support.

Establish and monitor performance KPIs focused on sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Oversee national operations including sales, after-sales service, and spare parts.

Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints with high standards of service delivery.

Manage country-level P&L, budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

15–20 years of relevant experience in the automotive or two-wheeler/three-wheeler industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated success in sales growth, dealership management, and business operations.

Strong P&L and financial management capabilities.
