Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking a talented and proactive Credit Controller to join our team in Livingstone. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit and collections, contributing to our financial stability and success.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– Monitoring and managing the company’s credit control processes

– ⁠Making follow ups with clients on monthly obligations.

– Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection

– Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers

– Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

– Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role

– ⁠CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting

– ⁠Grade 12 Certificate

– ⁠Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies

– ⁠2 to 3 Experience as a Credit Controller.

– Knowledge of credit control principles and practices

– Strong negotiation and communication skills

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

– Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office
