Copperbelt Synergy is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage and oversee the company’s credit control processes. The Credit Controller will ensure timely collection of payments and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor customer accounts and manage the credit control process.
• Send out statements and reminders to clients regarding overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans with clients and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and credit issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams to assess creditworthiness of new clients.
• Prepare reports on aging debts and credit control activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
