Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a keen eye for detail and a knack for efficiently managing debts? Join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing company profits.

Responsibilities :

Daily update of the debtor’s ledger.

Evaluate new credit requests and conduct client credit checks.

Manage and collect debts from company debtors.

Set up credit terms for new clients in collaboration with Operations.

Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections.

Respond to client inquiries and process receipts.

Send monthly statements to clients and conduct reconciliations.

Prepare statements and reports for the Finance Manager.

Liaise with operations, customers, and the sales team.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or Accounting qualification.

Previous work experience as a credit controller.

Understanding of legal complexities in debt management, payment plans, and interest rates.

Proficiency in Accounting and Office software.

Ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to deal with problematic clients.
