We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about credit management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for financial detail—this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Ability to assess borrower creditworthiness and analyze financial statements
Experience with developing credit policies and managing debt recovery strategies
Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
A proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
Sound judgment and decision-making in handling credit operations

Key Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Credit and recoveries, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Must be between 25 – 40 years of age.
Strong background in Loan processing, risk analysis, and collections.
Excellent understanding of credit principles and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of handling GRZ (Government of the Republic of Zambia) loans is a strong added advantage
