Job Description:
Unity Horizon is seeking an innovative Curriculum Developer to design and develop educational curricula for our institution. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective instructional materials that meet educational standards and support student learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials and instructional resources.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with educational standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in curriculum design software and tools.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
