Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update website content
• Manage social media profiles and create engaging content
• Coordinate external advertising campaigns
• Handle customer calls and emails
• Compile and submit customer service reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
• Certificate of medical fitness
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or public relations
• Experience in social media management and content creation is highly preferred
