About the Company

Topseed Zambia Limited is a Zambian Agro business company dealing in Marketing and Distribution of seed and other Agro products throughout Zambia. The main objective of Topseed Zambia Limited is to bring to farmers a broad crop portfolio of top-performing seeds, including hybrid maize, sunflower, soya beans, dry beans, grain sorghum, wheat, and forage crops.

Objectives of this role

Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnership
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Responsibilities:

Customer appraisal, KYC and master data maintenance
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Generating customer invoices, credit notes and statements.
Receiving customer payments and appropriate booking to customer accounts.
Customer reconciliations and resolution of disputes.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant Business field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Proficient with Pastel Partner or Pastel evolution.
A team player with leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Location :

Location will be Lusaka, However, there will be a lot of travel throughout the Country

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
