Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities:

Address customer complaints promptly, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time frames.

Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and provide clear explanations of solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments as needed.

Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels including telephone calls, social media, live chat, emails, WhatsApp, and other emerging platforms.

Maintain professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support is preferred.

Familiarity with Unka-Go services and customer service procedures.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in handling phone calls, documentation, and providing comprehensive reports.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Reporting:
This position will report to the Head of Customer Service.
