Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist at MEDIA SALES 360 LTD, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering their questions, providing quality service, promoting customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media, and respond quickly to customer inquiries and questions.
Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure that customer problems are handled in a timely manner.
Order Management: Track customer order status, ensure timely delivery, and provide customers with order-related information.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback, provide data and suggestions to help the company improve its products and services.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer trust and satisfaction with the company.
Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team to achieve sales goals, follow up with potential customers, and increase customer conversion rates.
Records and Reports: Maintain customer service records, generate relevant reports, and support management decisions.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school or above, with customer service related experience preferred.
Language skills: Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Personality characteristics: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to withstand work pressure, and teamwork spirit.
