Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Agriculture industry. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the warehouse, sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customer calls, inquiries, and complaints.
Process orders, invoices, and account updates.
Prepare reports and support sales representatives.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure compliance with credit policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in customer service, credit control, or sales support.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/POS systems.
