Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer. The individual will be responsible for the customer relations function of the company. This is an exceptional individual with a proven track record of delivering results and is comfortable working collaboratively across a diverse team and is adaptable to a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Send invoices to customers as per the sales orders from the commercial team and ensure timely supplies to customers.

Handle customer inquiries both telephonically, e-mail, social media and website.

Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Document, manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
-
Provide customers with product and service information.
-
Enter new customer information into system.
-
Update existing customer information to maintain an up to date database.
-
Process orders, forms and applications.
-
Identify and escalate priority issues without delay and ensure they are resolved on time.
-
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
-
Providing necessary feedback to Sales Agronomists/ Customers.
-
Innovate and apply customer service tactics that ensure customer satisfaction of the highest level with Supervisor and implement accordingly.

Receiving, recording and conversion of orders into system invoices.

Participating & help coordinate field days sales expos.
-
Manage customer service activities and customer relations.
-
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Key Skills:
-
Good communication skills, specifically in English, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and with others.
-
Ability work with new tools and systems.
Qualifications:
-
A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline with at least two years of relevant experience in an agricultural company.

Hands on experience in SAP and customer service training a plus.
-
Excellent administration and computer skills are important.
