Copperbelt Synergy is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for our customers. The representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality.
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
