Job Description:
Elite Zambia is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with inquiries, complaints, and service issues. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
