Job Description:
Emerald Edge is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Provide information about products and services, and assist with order processing.

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
