Pivotal Solutions is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lusaka. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Maintain customer records and update account information.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Prepare and present customer feedback reports.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
