CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE VACANCY

Contract Term: 6 Months
Reporting to: Reservations Manager
Location: Proflight Head Office and Lusaka Airport Office
Deadline for Submissions: 21 February 2024Start Date: 01 March 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE;
• Placement of bookings;
◆ Making bookings.
• Changing bookings.
• Reinstating bookings.
◆ Re-bookings.
• Collection of payments for tickets, change fees, excess baggage e.t.c.Checking and answering/composing of emails using correct email etiquette.
Answering of phone calls using correct phone etiquette.Issuing tickets.• Re-issuing tickets.Voiding tickets using correct Airline Procedures.
Attending to Customer Service complaints in person, over the phone/email and responding in accordance with Customer Service policies.
Assisting passengers with all elements of their customer experience with Proflight while maintaining high levels of Customer Service.Updating bookings with Excess baggage or any other additions/changes.
Conduct Sales reconciliations for each day’s sales.
• Attending to other Proflight duties assigned to you by the Reservations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS;
• Minimum certificate/equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in airline industry.
• Knowledge/experience in Airline sales or reservation department.
SKILLS;
• Must have good Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adequate English language for his/her job functions.
• Emergency response action awareness.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and multitask.
