Job Description:
Prosper Zambia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients and policyholders. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Provide information on insurance products, policies, and claims processes.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
Skills:

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
