Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

  • Facilitate the clearance of goods through customs at Kapiri
  • Prepare and submit customs documentations
  • Ensure compliance with ZRA regulations and other legal requirements
  • Liaise with customs officials and transporters to expedite clearance processes
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents
  • Resolve issues or delays in customs processes promptly
  • Monitor and report on cargo movement

Education, Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of Diploma in Logistics or Clearing and Forwarding
  • Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package
  • Good communication and administration skills
  • Very effective organizational skills
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
