DAIRY/PARLOUR SUPERVISOR

Reporting to: Director Operations

The candidate must have experience with mechanised milking platforms.

Qualifications and experience will include:

• Computer literacy including competence with Excel/Word programmes. Any experience with Waikato management systems would be a plus.
• Direct hands-on experience with a commercial dairy herd, including herd health issues, foot trimming, etc.

Personal characteristics:

• Work ethic, and commitments to the task
• Reliability and integrity
• Ability to work with, and inspire/train and control junior staff

Must have traceable references.

All candidates should remember to get their ZAQA certification from the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
