Scope of work for Data Collectors-ARROW Program
Population Council in partnership with Implenomics, Research Triangle Institute and the Society for Clinical and Radiation Oncologists of Zambia (ZASCRO) is undertaking a study whose overall aim is to develop and test an integrated model of cancer control for adolescents and young adults living with HIV (AYAHIV), aged 15-39, that can be delivered as an embedded component in existing HIV treatment programs in primary care facilities and linked with specialist treatment at the Cancer Diseases Hospital (CDH). The study is being implemented in Lusaka Province. Following the successful recruitment of 3,440 participants at baseline and the subsequent initiation of the intervention, a 12-month follow-on assessment will now be conducted with a sub-sample of 500 participants across 18 facilities. To support this process, we are seeking to recruit 10 Research Assistants to conduct data collection for the follow-on study. The assignment is for an initial period of two months, from July to August 2025, with the possibility of extension depending on participant yield and data collection progress.
