Copperbelt Synergy is hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and input data accurately into our systems. The Data Entry Clerk will ensure that all information is recorded efficiently and maintained in compliance with data management policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Input data into databases and maintain accurate records.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in organizing and filing documents as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
