DATA ENTRY CLERK – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:

Maintaining the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
-
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
-
Completing data entry, collecting, tracking, maintaining and monitoring operational data
-
Operates various office machines including photocopiers, scanners, telephones and related equipment
-
Complying with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
-
Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
-
Maintaining updated systems for filing, mailing, and databases
-
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
-
May act as receptionist
-
Handling and organizing office filing systems effectively
-
Handling staff register
-
Any other duties as assigned by the superior / supervisor
The Required Qualifications are:
-
Full Grade 12 certificate
-
Certificate/ Diploma in Computer science, IT, or any related Field.

1 Year of Relevant experience
The Required Attributes Include:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong analytical skills
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Assertive character
