Sesame is seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to analyze and interpret complex datasets to help guide business decision-making. The Data Scientist will work closely with the analytics and IT teams to develop predictive models and data-driven solutions to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
• Build and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations for the business.
• Visualize data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and objectives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms.
• Ability to work with big data technologies and data visualization tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in data science or data analysis roles.
