Job Description:
OneZambia is looking for an experienced Database Administrator to manage and maintain our database systems. The Database Administrator will ensure database performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain database systems

Monitor database performance and implement improvements

Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues

Collaborate with development teams to support database needs
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role

Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in database tools and MS Office
