Invest in the next generation of servant leaders in Africa. Join our team! We are seeking a Dean of Students to provide leadership, pastoral care, and oversight for our student body.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all student programmes, activities, and events
– Oversee student orientation, mentorship, and ministry internships
Supervise student life personnel (matron, dorm supervisors, student council)
– Ensure policy compliance in student life and dormitories
– Provide pastoral care, counselling, and discipleship
– Teach courses and uphold academic standards
– Participate in recruitment, faculty development, and campus life
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree (minimum) in theology (or similar degree) from a recognised institution
– Pastoral experience and biblical counselling an advantage
– Strong organisational, communication, and event-planning skills
– Spiritually mature, professional, and team-minded
