Copperbelt Synergy is hiring a proactive Debt Collector to manage the collection of overdue accounts and maintain positive relationships with clients. The Debt Collector will work to recover debts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to request payment.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track outstanding debts.
• Stay updated on debt collection regulations and best practices.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in collections or finance is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in using collection software and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
