Our client, a dynamic dental health care service provider for high quality general dentistry is looking for a Dentist to oversee the running of the dentistry operations at one of their branches. S/he will be responsible for using the best technology available to provide the best dental care for patients while setting the tone for the dentistry team through their management of operations and the patient relationships.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine dental exams and assessments
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns and dentures
• Provide preventative dental care and promote good oral health practices
• Prescribe medication as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and dental care
• Manage and coordinate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff
• Ensure compliance with dental ethics and legal requirements
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and staff
• Deliver high-quality dental care in a compassionate and professional manner
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols

• Must be a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or posses similar degree that gives license to practice the dentist profession.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dentistry.
• Multidiscipline experience is an added advantage- preferably Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Implantology
• Experience with industry standard dental equipment, technology and tools
• Experience in running a full fledged Dental or Private clinic will be an added advantage
• Recently graduated, semi-retired or retired, dentist are also encouraged to apply.
