Job Opportunity: Depot Supervisors Wanted (Outside Lusaka)
Company: Delisha Investments Limited
Locations: Kabwe, Kapiri, Ndola, Kitwe, Solwezi, Chililabombwe, Chingola, Mufulira, Luanshya, Serenje, and Mkushi.

Delisha Investments Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Depot Supervisors to oversee operations in various towns outside Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily depot operations including sales, customer service, and cash handling
• Maintain accurate records and generate daily sales reports
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
• Support sales growth and ensure depot profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum of a certificate Management studies or related course
• Must have a full grade 12 certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong background in sales, customer handling, and cash management with a proven track record
• Basic computer literacy (Excel/report generation is a must)
• Prior experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) will be an added advantage

Compensation:

• Performance-based sales commission
