Esro Enterprises Limited is a management consultancy and financial services provider operating in Zambia’s emerging markets. The company aims to be leading in its class, offering micro lending services to customers in the most affordable, friendly and convenient way.

We are urgently looking for high-performing and self-motivated individuals for the position of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), resident within Chingola and Kitwe, to drive the sales processes of loans in a microfinance company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or higher;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at branch level;
• Previous experience will be an advantage.
