Direct Sales Agents

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed individual sales
targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion. and service delivery standards of all current products within the mandated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, • Business Development, or related field. • At least 2 years of proven experience in direct sales or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent service and sales acumen

Product Knowledge

Good analytical skills
Sales Techniques & Strategies

Trainable
Good judgement and decision making Excellent training and coaching skills (Assist customers to understand product offering) Customer Relationship Management Product demonstration and presentation Terms and Conditions:
