EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:

DIRECTOR CORPORATE SERVICES

National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) invites application from suitably qualified Zambian citizens to fill the position of Director Corporate Services.

a) Role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Director/Chief Executive Officer, the Director Corporate Services is responsible for Corporate Governance and Board matters, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal matters, Procurement, Public Relations & General Administration.

b) Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors of Law (LLB) &/or Public Administration
Possession of Postgraduate Degree in Business or related Social Sciences
Advocate of the High Court & Member of the Law Association of Zambia
Not less than 10 years post qualifying experience of which 6 years should have been in a senior management position

Other Requirements

Clean driving license
Good interpersonal skills able to interact with other members of the Agency stakeholders, etc
Able to work under pressure and extended hours
Work with minimum supervision
Computer literate

d) Remuneration

Competitive and negotiable remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate

e) Contract Duration

Five-year renewable contract subject to performance
