Job Description

You will be the Food & Beverage leadership expert, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration. You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering. Further you will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality. You will maintain the team member performance and development at the superior level – grooming -good- to -great- and achieve the targeted team member satisfaction. FInally you would work closely with the sales & catering, marketing and banquet teams to maximize the business results.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
•4 – 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management roles, preferably     in a luxury setting (e.g., hotels, restaurants, resorts). Experience in both front-of-house and    back-of-house operations is valuable.
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Passion for operational excellence
• Good communication skills both verbal and written

Additional Information

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization. Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools is beneficial.
  • A creative approach to menu planning, marketing strategies, and guest engagement initiatives to differentiate the establishment from competitors.
  • Developing long-term F&B strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives of the establishment. Identifying market trends and opportunities for expansion or diversification.
