Job Description:

Apex is looking for a highly organized and efficient Dispatch Coordinator to oversee and manage the dispatching of drivers and vehicles. The Dispatch Coordinator will ensure smooth operations by coordinating schedules, routes, and maintaining communication with drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the dispatching of drivers and vehicles.
Develop and manage schedules for drivers.
Plan and monitor routes to ensure efficiency.
Maintain communication with drivers to provide support and resolve issues.
Track and report on dispatch activities and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Address any customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dispatch Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of dispatching software and tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in dispatch coordination or a related field.
