Distribution Manager

Job Description: ZamProgress is looking for a Distribution Manager to oversee the distribution of products to customers and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. The Distribution Manager will manage distribution operations and optimize processes to improve service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution activities, including planning, routing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with transportation and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor distribution performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare distribution reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of distribution and logistics management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in distribution management software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.
